Who We Are

Established 2012

The Azienda Communities Multi-Purpose Cooperative (ACMPC) is a duly registered cooperative recognized by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), initially organized as an economic partner for Azienda Homeowners Association, Inc (AHOAI) to advance its mission of being a model community of Peace, Joy and Prosperity.

From our humble beginnings with ₱40,000 initial capital and 15 cooperators, we've grown into a small cooperative category with over ₱6 Million total assets, serving our members with excellence in leasing, property development, savings, and loan services.

Governance Structure

Governed by a Board of Directors composed of nine members, headed by a Chairperson, democratically elected by the general membership during annual assemblies. Each board member serves a two-year term ensuring policies align with member welfare and cooperative mission.

Professional Management

Managed by a dedicated team led by the General Manager, supported by competent department heads and staff. Together, they ensure efficient service delivery and continuous development of innovative programs for members.

Official Foundation

Registered as a Multi-purpose Cooperative by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) with initial paid-up capital of ₱40,000 and 15 original cooperators.

The Beginning

Led by President Glenn L. Edulian, with dedicated representatives from all communities: Dalmacio Tubungbanua & Gilbert Orlanes (Azienda Firenze), Lea Solon & Atty. Jaime Alviola (Azienda Milan), and Ma. Antoinette Pepito (Azienda Cresta).
